Roman Deringer is founder and managing director of RD Consulting and has more than 10 years of experience in advising and structuring M&A and Venture Capital transactions. Previously, Dr. Roman Deringer worked as a consultant for prestigious legal and tax consultancies, as M&A manager in an international corporate and as an Interim CFO for various FinTech and eCommerce companies. His industry expertise spans the automotive, construction, ecommerce, online marketplaces and online gaming industries. Dr. Roman Deringer studied law and economics (Dipl. iur. oec. univ.) at the University of Augsburg, University of Tasmania (Australia) and Universidad CEU San Pablo (Spain). Subsequently he obtained a PhD in international tax law
Iris Gelpke is a senior consultant and has over 20 years of experience in planning and structuring company succession. Before becoming part of RD Consulting Iris Gelpke worked for various medium-sized companies as a member of the management board, marketing manager, sales manager and key account. Her industry expertise spans the FMCG (food and beverage), services, retail and trade. Iris Gelpke has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a business economist (VWA), marketing specialist, certified mediator and holds a certificate NLP/Leadership-Practitioner.
Andreus Aras is a senior consultant and has more than 15 years of experience in consulting and managing of international corporate transactions. Starting with strategy analysis, market screening, target approach, negotiations, due diligence, signing, closing and post-merger integration. Prior to his consulting activities, Andreus worked in corporates and medium-sized companies as M&A Manager, VP Corporate Strategy and Head of Corporate Development. His expertise lies in particular in the automotive, craft, construction, hotel and retail industries.

Matthias Henn is a senior consultant and has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and structuring corporate processes, company successions and digitalization in the value chain. Before becoming a part of RD Consulting, Matthias Henn worked internationally in corporates and medium-sized companies as a member of the executive board, COO, CFO, business unit manager and project manager. His industry expertise spans the retail, consumer goods, IT/software, services and trade sectors. Matthias Henn holds a degree in business administration, is an IT businessman, and a certified systemic coach.
Petrick Nourd is an M&A consultant with more than 10 years of experience in building and leading companies. Previously, he worked internationally in the area of startup scouting as well as in various startups as a co-founder, CFO and CEO. His industry expertise spans the eCommerce, consumer goods, beverages, automotive and trade sectors.
Petrick Nourd studied law and business administration in Tübingen and Bamberg and holds a nanodegree in Digital Transformation from the AKAD University Stuttgart.
